Where contemporary architecture meets the tranquility of nature. A luxury retreat defined by clean lines, layered textures, and a private oasis centered around expansive views and reflective pools. The most defining feature of the residence is the elevated pedestrian bridge that spans a reflective pool. More than just a functional path, this bridge serves as a "sensory threshold." By suspending the entryway over water, the design forces a momentary pause and a shift in perspective, separating the public arrival court from the private sanctuary of the home. The interplay of the linear black railings against the expansive turquoise water creates a sharp, modern silhouette that grounds the ethereal quality of the pool.

Integrated Aquatic Courtyard: The swimming pool is not an afterthought but a central organizational spine. From the top view, it is clear how the pool wraps around the primary living volumes, providing passive cooling and a constant visual connection to water from multiple interior vantage points. The Labyrinth Garden: To the right of the main structure, a geometric "maze" hedge garden offers a playful yet formal landscape element. It provides a sharp, structured contrast to the organic silhouettes of the perimeter palms and the fluid nature of the central pool. Zoned Leisure Deck: The extensive timber decking area is strategically positioned to catch the sun while offering semi-shaded pergolas. This creates a versatile outdoor living room that accommodates both large gatherings and quiet, contemplative moments by the water’s edge. Monolithic Materiality: The aerial view highlights the rhythmic use of charcoal and white volumes. The dark, textured masses appear to "float" over the lighter, glass-walled base, a technique that reduces the perceived scale of the farmhouse and integrates it into the deep shadows of the surrounding foliage. Transition Landscapes: On the far left, a specialized "Zen" rock garden with winding stone paths offers a slower, more meditative pace compared to the expansive, social-centric pool deck.
